Shipping and Returns

We accept orders from Canada only. Deliveries of orders in Quebec proceed via Canada Post and are delivered in 24h * from Monday to Friday from 8h to 18h. For orders exceeding 5 lbs or very large, or without a phone number, or requested by the customer by email at the time of order, delivery is made via Canada Post. For remote regions and for delivery outside Quebec, orders are delivered by Canada Post. For security reasons, we require a signature upon receipt of your order.
* 24h delivery via Canada Post begins from the moment the parcel is taken possession of by the carrier. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Quebec time (beyon this time, orders are processed the next day). Shipping and return costs are not refundable and remain the full responsibility of the customer if the client refuses the package or if the carrier is unable to deliver the package or if the client does not cooperate in its receipt or refuses to take possession of it.
